Dan Alcala - Fall 07 Mix (melodic techno)

Hey yalls,
I just made a new mix last week and finally uploaded it. It's a blend of melodic tech house/techno, progressive, and a little micro house/minimal stuff that I've been digging since the summer but have just been too lazy to put something together and record! I've started using my laptop with Torq and CDJs and am really starting to get comfortable with the laptop set up. I didn't do many effects or tricks on this mix but lots and lots of looping hehe.

i think it's more like micro tech neo house trance maximiliness ;)
Yeah I suppose melodic techno is a little vague. To me everything these days is bastardized and deformed progressive, house, techno and minimal. I love it though!
anyway, thanks a bunch for the feedback guys! :)
ps, ingy, how was rebel friday? sorry i couldnt find anyone to drag with me at 2 am to midtown. now that's TWO I owe you! Promise next time brotha! |
