best ing 30 minutes of a set ever!!! esp considering him coming off that soft sound for 2.5 hours. :D

i highly recommend to all.

It's such a shame, the man still has it, 10% of the time anyway. The other 90% he seems uninterested, cocky, lazy, conforming, or some combination of those. Because of this he will never be at the top anymore. Reliability is a huge factor when you are spending $50+ to see a DJ. After seeing him at his best and worst, it's not worth the risk for me.

/IMO

PS, the last 2 sets posted are phenomenal.

38. Saltwater - The Legacy (Alphazone Remix) :whip: :whip: :whip:
djmaxima
14. Max Graham - Airtight

omgggg -- this tune is like so old but so awesome xD

To me nothing compares to his first 2 sets at the old Space in 2002. Perfection was achieved, from the sets, to the crowds, the vibe, everything. I thought he would never play anywhere near that good for us here again, until WMC 2004 when he surprsied me and blew the roof off the place

Consistency is key, and Tiesto lacks it miserably. If U have to go to Europe to hear a good set from a DJ, that says a lot about how far up his ass he has his head nowadays

Screw that, Corsten still (and always) brings the good trance sets to MIA and is the most consistent (big name) trance DJ at a fraction of the cost. Just my ten cents

i dont want to get into a debate here as no one ever wins but ferry ing sucks. other than his own cheesy trance tracks that he drops, every other track he steals from other djs. when was the last time ferry made a track famous? uhhh, i cant remember that. he used to produce good , but not so much anymore. ferry makes me either a) go to sleep or b) want to slit my wrists. but he is consistent, just not my style, so ill give that one to you.

and as much as i hate tiesto for the way he plays here, its the kiddy fans that made him that way. you get rich by selling out, and if given the chance i would ing do it too along with 99% of the world. thats why the best music is the that only you like. if everyone likes the same it eventually gets gay because it gets watered down for the masses. i like what i like and i dont give a what anyone says. if i listened to my friends in high school who said my was gay and stopped listening to it back then, then id be a pretty whack individual now. or hell not even an individual at all.

either way... ill end this on a note most of us can agree on...

svd is the hottest out right now... and hes in town this ing weekend... woooooooweeeeeee... sander!!!!!!

All of the big "trance" names have lost it. Tiesto, Armin, Corsten and PvD. Not to mention the trance sound is in shambles right now... and those 4 DJs prove it w/ their cheesy electro anthems pitched up to 135 BPM. The beauty of electronic music is the massive amount of DJs with ranging popularity. The SvDs and the other small guys are the ones tearing it up for the real trance heads right now. It's a common theme... prove yourself to the underground, gain popularity, sell out to the masses. It's all cyclical. As a trance or EDM fan in general its important to always evolve and pick up new and fresh artists. It's a shame to watch PvD lay down cheese when 2 years ago he brought me to outer space, but thats the game. We are lucky for a number of reasons... a plethora of DJs that come our state, the ever widening range of sounds in EDM, and the fact that we listen to the best music on the planet.
