Even my ol' joint Vancouver's got the massives (see below). Yes, I know they're usually skasians galore, cracked out 16 year olds and trance headliners but at least they've got 'em -- those who've done the Bell Centre thing in Montreal know what I'm talking 'bout ;) :p

We have tough bylaws here in Toronto to have such massives.
In May of 2001, Ottawa chose not to ban 'raves' 21-year-old Allen Ho died, but has set limits. Toronto unfortunately made things tougher. The end.

As for massives, we'll get there again. Just have to have them sponsored by corporations, or cultural institutions (like the scotia bank nightly art thing) and we'll be set.
