Yeah. I was doing good for a while, but I can't deny how much I actually like having a cigarette. The difference is though, that I don't ever crave it, or get that "Omg I NEED a smoke!" feeling. That part of the habit is definitely broken.
I really don't smoke that much though. A pack lasts me a couple weeks. I keep one in the freezer for those odd moments I feel like having one, or for when I have company over/am drinking/etc. |
