i just finished my first can of cytogainer. it was great while it lasted. now im on the new ce2. and im still fkn with no2 black. that and i do somehwere close to 20 oz of watever an hour every morning prior to chow. i cant wait till i make some one back @ home cry uncle.

water does it for me, but when i need energy i take 5 hr energy which i need to quit. that stuff has an abusive amount of b6 & b12 vitamins, anyone know any kiind of side effects of a longterm abundance of those vitamins can do to a body ? |
