I remember Holden playing this at Extrema Outdoor 2004 in Holland. Me and a friend were both thinking: What the is this tune!! We went nuts about the bassline, we described it to each other like some sort of engine sound.
Very very nice tune!!! |
Yeah, the bassline really makes the track. I especially like how it slowly emerges out of the breakdown. |

FAIL!
Reality is:
PvD remixes a Britney track and the end result is . Hence, the slating.
James Holden remixed another Britney track and the end result is great. Hence the desire of some TA's to "blow him off" (sic) |

| Track wasn't worth a thread 2 year ago (or 3?). It's boderline okay with an emo feeling. The breathing annoys me.And I fail to see why it would be a britney spear remix just because he sampled breath on me. Looks to me like a way to promote himself like PVD did recently. |

| This the track where he says in an interview with Higher Frequency that the original producer was pissed off at him 'cuz he "butchered it so brutally". Anyway, brilliant; and for people that like the 'old' Holden better, get you're heads out of your asses.:) |

James told us once the reason he had butchered it the way he had, was basically to make fun of her voice and make her look like "white trash".
