| in a month or two im going to have around 1500-2000 to spend on equipement, this is going to be my first set up but ive played on a few of my friends tables and have gotten hooked, i was thinking djm 400 with 2 cdj 800mk2, how well would that work out? any suggestions, i kind of really want to go the pioneer route |

Very nice setup in my opinion. The only difference with mine is that I got a Xone92 instead of a DJM400. But the DJM400 is a very good and reliable mixer. And CDJ800MK2 is nearly like a 1000MK3.

CDJ 800s are good, I'm saving to update my 200s to 800s sometimes soon, as fro the mixer I haven't played on it but I have only heard good things in the feed back.
I would go this one all the way. |

| you can also wait a bit for the CDJ-400, check those out that way you might be able to buy a better mixer (not that hte djm 400 is bad) |
