ye i get what u mean ste... if its done well (which is rare for me now) then its very cool (for example condor - on my own) but if its done badly, then its very very bad...
i cant think of any examples of bad ones either tho, bcoz i delete them lol |

| Scooter - Euphoria would not be what it is without the sort of nervous sounding piano notes that come in and then echo away in a non-smooth manner...they sound very jittery, as if the piano keys are not very attached to the piano and when you play them once they continue to shudder up and down after, causing the weird effect in the song. That's the first that came to mind, but also, Scott Brown - Elysium has great piano to it, so does Dutch Force - Deadline...the main tune is introduced with a sequence of single piano notes that echo out which is really nice...as for a rather non-techno random example, the song 'The whole world' by Outkast has little piano notes playing octaves that trace out the chords throughout the song...they're not too prominant and there's a lot of drowning-out noise in teh background but if you'll listen closely you see that they are there the whole time and are kind of a nice touch to the song.... |
