ok, maybe i was a little firey before. people ARE entitled to their opinions. i just don't like people slagging off good music, thats all. one person might say a tune is but to another person it could be very special for some reason. can't you just say "its not my thing" or "i'm not a fan" or something like that then leave it?
i'm not a fan of funky house or breaks but i won't go and say its wank, because to other people its their passion.(except manufactured pop acts, they are talentless s)
i don't get into arguments on forums usually (as you may well of noticed)i was just defending ali as he's made some crackers this year and i don't recall going to night this year and not hearing a dubfire tune |

You manage to contradict yourself in one posting, congratulations!
And for the record: Adjectives like "good" are always subjective. |

| at the end of the day, we're here for the same reason. there should be no hate, only like-minded people that we can discuss the music we love with |
|

| Nik Novo |
| Yeah, but a discussion with "arguments" like "you're jealous" or "stfu until you do it yourself better" are not really discussions. |

Yep.
The tiest boards i've ever been to in the internet were artist-fans boards. Basically every single thread ended up with a wankfest of "omg this is great", "i love it", "woah woah", "awesome :) ". At least on TA, when you make a thread about a track, regardless of what it is, you can be dead sure someone will say it's . It's definitely more entertaining this way. :p
Besides the entertainment value, I know TA overall has become a bit too negative nowadays, but seriously, diversity of opinions = good. Over the years I got into lots of music that I would have never even tried to listen to, if people on this website didn't say "meh, i think this track you like is , why don't you try this other one instead". |
