Formed in 2001 by New York transplants Ben Seagren and Dean Samaras, SENSE has moved to the forefront of the San Francisco EDM scene with its unique progressive house sound. They wasted no time in making a name for themselves with featured sets at Ruby Skye, Supperclub, The End Up, 1015 Folsom, Paradise Lounge, Pacha New York and Nikki Beach Cabo San Lucas and many more… Soon they were sharing the stage with international talents such as Victor Calderone, DJ Boris, Richie Santana, Oscar G, Crystal Method, Ferry Corsten, Armin Van Buuren, Donald Glaude, Mark Farina and Marques Wyatt. With more than 25 years of combined DJ experience between the two, their sets push the limits of creativity with sampling, effects, and flawless mixing. Expect bigger things in 2007 from this dedicated duo with the addition of production and remix work.

Thank you and yes we strive on the NYC progressive sound since that is where we both began our careers. Our style is very similar to that of Danny Tenaglia, Victor Calderone, Boris, Richie Santana & Peter Bailey.. All pretty much have been dominating the NY scene for some time now.
We can't wait to play at 1015 and have an arsenal of new music to play including some unreleased edits we have been working on in our new studio. There is no-holding back on December 1st

Here is a clip of us playing at PACHA New York, Saturday August 3rd, at 3am. The audio quality isn't all that great it was really loud - Pacha has a German Dynacord Alpha sound system...Thumping! The beat drops at about 20 seconds in and you can see Ben pull the horn. Expect the energy as we are bringing some extra toys for remixing live and on the fly.
