who has seen blank and jones lately?

| how's blank and jones at clubs these days? can u tell me what type of stuff they play, etc.? i really like their older work and i listen to their radio, in the mix but it soudns like just another trance radio. do they play their older stuff? r they worth going to seeing? i'm a huge trance fan (and really dont like electro so if it's going to be some electrotrance night i'm stayin in,,,) but i do like them and mostly their older classics. they're playin in dc tonight and still debating,,, thanks |

OK...I'll tell you this much. If you didn't go see Blank & Jones @ FUR tonight, just know that you missed out on a phenomenal set! Just hearing classic tracks such as The Nightfly, Beyond Time, and B&J's rework of The Cure - A Forest made my night! It was nothing but 2 hours of trance awesomeness!
I would gladly go see Blank & Jones again in a heartbeat!

| yea blank and jones still rock the decks..ive seen them at least 6 times and never once have i been disappointed. they put on a great show and keep it rocking theyre whole set |

Even with their mixing skills ? :wtf: Tracks have always been good but I heard they are horrible at mixing. |

| B & J were amazing! Im so glad I came to see them play Nightfly and Beyond Time. Those were old classics that I haven't heard in a longtime. Definitely worth going to instead of Eric Prydz. :gsmile: |

I've seen them all over N. America and I can tell you each time has always been one of my fondest party memories.

Overall they aren't the worst I have heard when it comes to technical skills. As for the type of music they spin it is mostly uplifting, euphoric, and sometimes hard trance not much electro if that is what you are worried about. I would say it is worth going to ;) |

Debating wtf with this was well worth it since onlinetickets were $10 so couldn't have wrong. Last was incredible, its been sometimes since I had this much fun, they played a very hard and euphoric set. This was better than the last 2 times I saw them in NY Avalon

Unless I am unaware that they re-worked it...
edit - 2 songs I have never heard them play were... Forest & Hardest Heart. Surely they will play Hardest Heart as they just reworked it. Omfg.. I can die if I hear them play it. The only time Hardest Heart is played in Miami is for the Shadow Lounge reunion classics night:crazy: |
