Bunch of cheap asses! :rolleyes: Another thing is that most DJs don't play for FREE, especially the International ones and someone's got to pay them!
BTW... ClovieBas, I enjoyed what you guys played, totally different but I liked it. :D |

I know, but Circus has like no more than 30 people there, the last couple of times I went (not that I didn't have a good time, but still).
Don't you think it would be a good idea to pack the place by at least holding the guest list till 11pm? I mean, if I was a club owner/promoter, I would want as many people there as possible. More people = more money spent at the bar, and better vibe. |

You might be joking here... but honestly, as someone trying to peddle these nights to the masses, that's not the vibe I'd be expecting from a promoter. If the kid at best buy would have said that to me while I was buying a $15 printer cartridge i'd flick him off and tell him to go F himself.

The below refers to events in general, not RED in particular:
That's how it works other places at least... slow night = open the flood gates to at least encourage peeps to come hang out. paying $15 to get inside and find 35 people hanging out leaves a bad taste in your mouth... (or mine at least).. so I'd imagine you wouldn't want that bad vibe associated with your event.

If anything, Circus should be free ALL night if you're on the list. No wonder that place is always dead.
