Review: CREATOR & Green Velvet @ Stereo.

I am exhausted, but I will still write a review before going to bed.
Green Velvet never showed up because of some transportation issues, apparently. But I couldn't care less..I went to see Creator.
This is how it went down for me:
I got to Stereo around 2:30 AM, completely frozen (it was sooo cooold), I was a meat Popsicle. Went straight to the DJ booth to say hello to Martin, gave him a hug, which got me back to my senses. (body heat ftw)
He didn't loose any time, straight away he started dropping some dark Prog bombers, then moved into some harder Tech tunes. Most of which I recognized from his "Falling into pieces" set, which sounded like heaven on the Stereo sound system.
I just cannot tell you how delicious Creator's set was...you just had to be there. Everyone was eating it up.
I am still trying to figure out how anyone can be THAT good. Yes, that's how good Creator was. :eyes:
I honestly feel sorry for everyone that wasn't there.
Martin, je t'adore, t'etais merveilleux. <3
The only thing about my night, I lost my shades. I've had those for years...*sigh*, But it's ok, I had the most wonderful night. :D
I will get myself new shades.:toocool:

Went there with friends,
Bender & Jeff Fontaine did a great job @ the bar!
Got uptairs for creator's set & Green Velvet. Creator did a amazing performance. He got to play longer and it was nice like that. Got fun to dance with friends & in the dj booth.
I wasn't there at After8 creator's gig,too tired at 8am.
Do green velvet will be reinvited?

First, let me says I am very sorry for those who were there for Velvet. I know it's extremely disapointing when you got out let to see an international headliner and he doesn't show up. I don't know all the details why, but he did arrive at Stereo around 8 am, but it was over by then.
I was a little afraid that people would leave, or show there disapointment, but never did I feel a drop of energy or a bad vibe. It was an extraordinary night, of of the best since I am a DJ. People were extremely generous of their energy, and very open minded. They stayed until the end, taking everything from prog to techno and whatever the hell it is in between. Stuff I thought I would never play.
Never did I go this far, and you went for the ride all along, and it was magic. Will remember this one for a long time.
