why do chicks always sleep on the left

..side of the bed?
I mean, whenever they reach the bed first, they choose the LEFT SIDE!!
I noticed that most couples have this arrangement too
or maybe my bed stinks on the right side?
Anyone encountered this strange phenomena??
Edit: OK so pregnant women HAVE to sleep on their left side for health reasons. I guess that answers the question.
Now the question is..

| I thought of the bedrooms and in almost everyone I know's room, the bed is situated so the left side is also the outside, aka the right side is against the wall. I sleep on the right side in my bed, but because thats the free side. I think people just like the outside more. |
