when does it start snowing in nyc?

| i'm not sure if i'll have my VA pass come January so I want to try and go back while it snows (although not to heavily). I have Dec 7th in mind for Picotto and SvD! :D And it will be hard to get on a flight w/ stand by come xmas :( |

It will start snowing when the temp. drops below freezing and IF there is precipitation in the air. LOL
Other than that, NYC usually gets extreme winters. We either get a in blizzard or nothing at all |
