Even if I dont place in this poll, its nice to be considered out there and know I got enough people nominating for me to even be on it.
Direct, Dave and I go back to the early days of Nikita & Release... so I dont take anything he says to offense. Back then at 1015, I hardly could understand what he was saying cause it was so frickin loud! |

Oh god! People & there fricking opinions. Look the whole point of this poll (for me) is to show San Francisco that Trance/Progressive is alive & well. S.F. has been typically, for many years, dominated by House.
ITS TIME TO HELP S.F. REALIZE THAT TRANCE/PROGRESSIVE IS ALIVE & STRONGER THEN EVER!!!:happy2: |

lol well then you'll be happy to know that 4/5 of my votes spin trance in the city and another 4 of those 5 regularly spin various genres including house/breaks/prog/techno/trance.
for me the most important criteria are consistency, programming (which is not only having good flow but also how many omfg id tracks you have in there), and flexibility (such as the ability to successfully open--or close--for any type of headliner). those are the important ones. i also think about how much the dj has put into the sf scene since i've known them. |
