Exactly what I was going to ask.

Care to clarify Eterno?

Seriously.

Back to the topic at hand, I will be there.

What he means by his post is that its the typical Montreal booking. These guys that keep coming back are great dj's but where is the diversity? Is everyone scared to book other names besides the ones that keep coming back over and over? Diskho brought some Amazing nights to Montreal so did Noerg. Mile End is also doing it once in a while with Bodzin and Oliver. Its not enough though! I dont see anything special untill Chris Liebing in December if that even happens.
Alex
Nacht, who would you suggest?

And I mean that, seriously, I too am tired of the same old same old but the ones who write the checks don't seem to be avid risk takers sadly. :(

I can't make an argument to justify someone risking his own money though, but it is fun to day dream.

Yeah and someone needs to book Bodzin at Stereo..thanks :D
DJ Eterno
well its kind of an original booking of you look at the fact that porter does't play at stereo often. i guess im just being a hater. i dont think guys who play that style should focus on 10 to 3 venues. its kinda weird to see porter play at stereo. dont get me wrong, i've seen this guy twice already a while back and his style just doesn't fit an afterhours vibe. if stereo wants to book more nights with funk they should focus on some more chicago house but something more different than derrick carter and mark farina imo. speaking of chi house (which porter is not) what do es everyone think? never really see anyone mention it, dont see alot of reviews for those events either...discuss...

well i started off in this scene listening to chicago house (before the greatest thing in the world called PROG was introduced to me :p) and believe me...MORALES DOES NOT PLAY CHI-TOWN HOUSE! if i had to categorize his style i'd say he plays new york, diva, vocal house. just wondering...have u ever even attended a Morales night? have u ever seen any Chicago house DJs?

saying morales plays chi town beats is like saying lawler plays trance. not happening. lol :p

DAVID I LOVE YOUR CLUB :gsmile:

:p

ps: great booking by the way, the boston house mafia alwayssssss throws it down propaaaaa!
