| My mother in law likes to buy me stuff for the home. It is so annoying and I hate getting home stuff for xmas and prefer gifts for me. I don't mind getting one combination gift for both of us, but all I got last year were gifts for both of us. For my last bday she got me a serving plate and last xmas fold up fabric chairs for the balcony, some cleaning things and champagne glasses that she forgot to give us for the wedding. My husband got a few things for himself, so I guess the cleaning stuff was for me. Hopefully she will get the hint this year, that I am not a housewife. :whip: |

| when i was maybe 14 my aunt gave me a promotional gift box of campbell soup stuff (4 or 5 various cans of soup, and a large soup bowl). awesome gift for a 14 year old guy. |
