well, 1.5hrs of good techno from liebing (and I guess if you like minimal Rohr too)
or
whole night of classic house and trance from mark o... |

I know....this is a seriously hard choice for me.....I really need a good classic night of trance....classic house isn't that great IMO....but classic trance definately gets me in the pants.....Techno will be here again soon enough so I can get my fill....but the Gift may not be back. |

I just don't want to be disappointed like we were last year, played some good tunes but overall I was thinking "Wtf, play some real classics, not this BS." Although the housier stuff I liked better then a lot of the trance he played. The majority of it was pretty bad imo. He can do so much better. |

to be fair to Mark O, he's got his groove back this year, and his trance release party was decent.
at least you're guaranteed couple of hours of classic trance |

Cool. When he's on, he's spot on and even surpasses the headliner. Ah wait we were talking about the trance release party, not the Gift. I was just being stubborn and wanted to hear more of certain types of tracks. Especially since so much trance is garbage in the past little while. It's just been a bother to search for good stuff, entirely my fault, I NEED to get new sets. You hear the new toca me remix?
I think I'm still leaning towards techno.:p |
