That's really a more artistic rendition of the suit (and I'm not even going to comment on the one Jenny posted).

The original design was intentionally androgynous:

On serious thought, I'm interested to see where this power armour concept goes.

Right now, Light Infantryman (aka guys who do not ride in APCs) have to carry all their gear on their backs if doing missions over pretty impassable terrains where trucks can't get to you, such as mountains.
Add your rucksack, ammo, food, water, entrenching tools, body armour, tactical vest, helmet, weapon, plus misc gears and depending what your job is, and it all adds up, possibly more than 100 pounds. (and it sucks)

So anything to take weight off your legs and back is good.
