help with reason 3

hi everyone i have been learning the routing and all the synth machines for reason as well as the routing cables and all and most of it im familiar with but now hence the other part of my problem is laying down the actual riff patterns in the main window

for example when i create drum patterns in the redrum how do i lay it out in the main window? help a reason noob out it would be much appreciated :)

In the Re-Derum track channel, go into edit mode. The yellow bit at the bottom that should say 'A1', this corresponds with the redrum pattern.

Draw in the length of each pattern in here with the pencil tool, when you want to change the pattern, just click the little grey box with the black arrow and select whichever pattern you wish toi use from here, hope this helps

lol since i masterd fruity loops now reason is a big challenge but hey its time for me to step it up a notch not that im dissin that wonderful program :) and as for that dr rex machine how do you post the sample youve loaded on it

ok like i went in to the area you said and drew with the pencil tool but a1 just keeps going all the way to the end of the screen how do you resize this?
