New Years Day in Toronto has become synonymous with the annual X-Tend your New Year event. NYE 04/05 at Boa was the night that inspired the annual event launching with a 44 hour marathon event that included globe trotting artists such as David Morales, Chus & Ceballos, Tom Stephan, DJ Demi, Saeed Younan and Cevin Fisher. While remaining in the same space, X-Tend your New Year carried on at 270 Spadina in 05/06, and Sonic in 06/07. On NYD 2008, X-Tend your New Year takes refuge in a new home at 722 College Street. Keeping with tradition Pablo Ceballos (of Chus & Ceballos) will fly all the way from Bulgaria following his NYE gig to play his 4th X-Tended NYD set for his beloved Toronto fans. His 6 hour set will showcase his signature twisted techie tribal infused Iberican Sound! Don’t miss the 4th annual X-Tend event, and this rare solo appearance by Pablo Ceballos.
