Hello,
After some investigation, it would seem that the reason you have been unable to redeem points from these accounts is because you have opened a duplicate account. All Scene Members are only eligible to have one account open.
Please let us know which account you wish to keep, as the other will be closed on your behalf.

not the same name obviously
i reversed my name, and used my parents names too
because if I didn't include the same address, the temp. cards would expire in 3 weeks and I wouldn't get the real cards |
