A cutting program such as .MannsMp3Edit which i use. It's pretty simple. or try the one posted on the TA site in the Software section.

I use right from my burning program nero 5.5 I convert to wav first and then I go to properties and the limts, gaps, times and then I listen where I want the split and then I split there. If you have a CD-text compatible burner, you could also change the names of the tracks and artist for cd-text. Another way if your music file is larger than the cd limit and you have to cut down to 73/80 min then you can write your own cue sheet for it which could be quite complicated if new to cue sheets with music. I suggest getting use to it anyways since its a good knowledge to learn.
