Must be the most over rated shops in the city.
Here is some bread, and cold cuts you could get anywhere else. When i worked in the in the business district, they were my last choice for food.
If you are working in BCE place, go to Fit For Life. The guys running that particular location know how to cook. Their Western breakfast sandwich (its huge) in the morning is a steal at $2.75. For lunch, either their falafel sandwich, or curry chicken meal is your best bet, with both coming in at just about $5. |

| I had the best chopped liver platter I've ever tasted in Toronto there. It was so good. Wished I had a glass of red wine to go with it. |

It's nothing special...not food wise, but location wise.
It's just a place in the food court with a few other fast food places.
Shopsy's is decent restaurant and has some awesome food |
