is it just me or is any kinda beening sign up to labels nowadays..... i mean this beatport beatdigital to name a couple i think have ruined the industry..... i mean the industry is swamped with low rate producers that couldnt play a e flat minor scale.... all harmony and real melody has gone out of music
interested in people views on this....
the industry needs a BT...or oakey kinda dude to raise the bar again....and when i say oakey i mean....the way he took a new style to the forefront not his tune making skills expect stuff he did under virus....that was good |

Its always been this way. I used to get into arguments all the time with some of my DJ friends that played things like tech-house, breaks, etc. They always used to think that Trance and Progressive sucked and couldn't understand why I played it.
Some people just aren't into the melodic stuff and prefer real floor-banger type stuff.
I think the fact that this is the "Tranceaddict" forum means that more people on here are going to be into the melodic type stuff and you won't find a whole lot of people championing anything else.
