After Bodzin and Huntemann, Montreal welcomes another great German DJ/Producer, Thomas Shumacher, first time playing in Canada. yeah!

Millimetrik and Mateo should also be excellent.

I've been wanting to see Thomas for a while now, seeing I've seen Kalkbrenner twice.

One thing it be interesting to see Extrawelt at Piknic. Sucks, that I missed them twice, when they were here.

Isn't Schumacher from Denmark? Correct me if I'm wrong.
RDeLaGauthier
He's From BREMEN, Germany, same town as Huntemann, unless they both also moved to Berlin or Hamburg, but that's where they are from.

There's an older planet e collaboration release on the wink set with Laurent Garnier and Carl Craig..the very drummy triball one with screams...

and off course...yes...Crispy bacon

but...masters at work.... work? I was surrprised to hear wink play that

You must be mistaken with Trentemoller. ;-)

robert de la gauthier you are right though! No wonder these two are excellent friends

Bremen was one of my favorite place to play in Germany.

He will have fun here! Montreal is a good audience. It's not like that everywhere.

He plays live, or djs?

Did Abe duque play live? I'm curious.

Everyone on that saturday line up performed live except
for Derek Plaslaiko who was spinning wax.

Very solid night overall.

From the recordings it doesn't sound live much somehow... I didn't hear much diffrence in the versions played and levels, besides maybe the vocals from Abe Duque a bit louder.
Was it from laptop, or he had some gear, tb-303?

ostrich
he had his laptop & midi controller, not quite
sure what else he was running but trust me it was
live.... (as live as it was going to get). But
he had a mic and was tossing in pitch shifted
vocals on the spot.

Schumacher tonight!!

woot woot

jesse, record it please??
