what is this with fire & ice??
until know they had only quality tracks.. but this new one.. heart and mind... i simply think its cheeze...
maybe they didnt have the inspiration anymore????

| I agree.. it's far from Souvenir De Chine and Forever Young, etc.. i also have the same feeling with Thrillseekers - Dreaming Of You. Steve Helstrip is capable of making better, less cheesy tunes.. |

| I like it. It's not especially original, but it has a nice tune. Nothing wrong with being a Rank 1 ripoff IMHO. |

| I think its sounds great. Ambient sorta sound. I wouldn't call it cheese as it isn't aimed at a commercial audience. They wouldn't buy this sot of thing, there isn't a simple melody or a striking vocal. |

I wouldnt say its cheesey, but it certainly isnt as good as Neverending Melody, Forever Young, or Souvenir De Chine. Everybody is a Rank 1 rip off these days anyway... :p
Hopefully the b-side wont be disappointing. Well actually they said the b-side was so good that they are making it double a-side :eek: Better be good :whip: BTW, its called San Antonio. |
