another wicked night. John Askew was unbeliavable. I loved how empty guv was, deff. the emptiest I've ever seen it (but I only go main events). Drive was grosss home though... took 2 hours what is normally is like 30 mins.

What a ing awesome night.
Lots of room to dance, kickin tunes, SALTWATER and HOME! in wow.
Both sets were amazing.
The only thing that bugged me was the patio door being left open all night. Made guv in COLD.

Driving home was hilarious though. Saw some idiot speed by, and a tow truck following him. He knew the idiot would up somewhere on the DVP and need a tow, lol.
Also saw a cop stuck in a snow bank. AND one of those huge plows STUCK and trying to be dug out by a little plow.

Glad to see you all had fun. Was super annoyed at not being able to go...stayed in instead.

Well, thanks to the crazy weather my and my gf, plus two friends made it in around 2:00. Hey, at least there was no lineup. I wondered into the Gallery on and off, but it was pretty regular fare there (mind you "regular" is just great, great, great in the gallery) but I've been waiting for three years to see CL live. I am kind of on the fence on this one. It started off really slow, with some very nice buildups, but just a steady, unclean beat to follow through. And I don't know what happened maybe 15-20 minutes after he started, but he freaking trainwrecked one particular transition pretty damn badly. Basically the playing track stopped, and a new one started up. I dunno, guess he wanted to change up the downbeat. In any case, after about 3:00 it just got steadily better, and people were totally eating it up. It was even more pleasant with the fact that around that time people started to clear up, so there was plenty of room to dance. TOTA represent, I knew I would have a great time if I found the freaks up front and center, going nuts. It made the night, IMO. Nice to meet Bogdan (again) Catalina, and whomever else. I'm horrible with names, so my apologies.

Anyways, it was actually a pretty fun night.
