i kind of thought that too....but the music didn't sound like it was faster than normal (at least, not too much faster).....and she was lip-synching parts of it too.

it was recorded to music which was slowed down. Speed video up until music is at normal speed. Easy.
You can't move at those speeds with the control she had, even if you could you couldn't keep it up for 3 mins, physical impossibility.
