Sketchy sundays at Zone have been living up to their names as of lately@
This Sunday happened to be sketch with an extra side of wackyness. I saw more gangsta idiots ANGRILY hopped up on cocoa and steroids. Seriously twatbags take it to the next wrestling bears exhibit.
Hopped on a dogsledd to Zone and parked the poochies in the old reliable carban. Watched a friend or two lose their MIND in there yesterday. Not all of us on here can agree on this but for those who do seeing someone go nutso in Zone is a wickedly fun and amusing experience!

Distorted snow penguin on the patio anyone?
Manzone and Strong delievered a serious opening set....holy dark, chuggy, tribally eargasmness. I've never been dissapointed at these guys in Zone, wicked talent in that duo!
Laidback Luke came on and started off AMAZING...dark, dirty beats most the way through. Most headliners cannot get a grasp on that Zone sound and crowd but he had it down pat for most of the way through. He did lose me at the end though and seemed to lose a lot of the crowd as well...it definitely thinned out earlier than usual.
Deko-Ze came on and played techy goodness with the exception of a few diva tracks....I've really been enjoying his sound since he's been back from his break! |

| Man, I can't even remember the last time I've been to the zone, it's prolly been about a year ago. I really do miss the craziness at this place and seriously need to venture down one of these days. |

OMG..Laidback Luke was amazing :D
I was so pissed that I didn't go to his set at guv but he definitely made up for it!
He played all of the productions I wanted to hear:
- Break the House Down
- Be
- Hot Hot Hotter
- Start Me Up
- Rocking with the Best
- Hynotize (? - Can't remember if he played it or not)
but wow! Great set.
He did some crazy mix of Pryda - Muranyi and David Guetta - Love is Gone haha..i was like wtf?
Definitely had a great time. Hadn't been to the zone in a few months and I forgot how much I loved the place! |

Got to zone around 2 p.m.
Deko-ze was on. Loved him for about an hour but then he got really ty near the end.
J-Prez did ok...but this was the worst I've heard from him.
5p.m. went to sketchy mr.sub and had a salad.
Stayed there for a while b/c I didn't want to go back and listen to Julien...don't like him at zone.
Nathan came on and of course delivered a very soid set. It was weird at times, but all in a good way :)
Grag Gow is who I came to see. His 3 hr set was INCREDIBLE! I heard every track I wanted to hear...He is officially my fav!
Carlo was just icing on the cake!!!!!! OMG his set was RETARDED!! Spring Loveeee come back to meeeeeeee....$#%*@#$%%#$%!!!!!
Zone was a sketch fest yesterday. Dunno why. I saw a girl trip out pretty badly in the back and totally g out. This was like nothing I've seen before.
There were two fights, and it was pretty scary. I almost walked in the middle of one while coming out of the washroom!
Penguin Snowman- HAHAHAHAHAHAH...Danielle did that. She is a reagular at zone. Everyone calles her penguin. She even has one as a key chain. She apparently spent 2.5 hours making the thing. Someone saw her, felt bad and went to the store to buy her gloves haha.
Later on she brought in a fake egg and asked me if i wanted breakfast. Then she took the sign off the washroom door and taped it on her crotch. It said out of order while wearing a hat that had a red broom on it! LMAO...this chick cracks me up...but it can be too much at times!!!
Overall I had an amazing time...Zone is my favourite place to go.

I was looking for you hoping you came, but no luck!
I know Jay's did, but did anyone get stuck in the snow when they were leaving? haha
I got stuck and these two chicks on front of me got stuck so we got some random shovel from this dude on the sidewalk and pushed each other out.
It was great success! |

I LOVE DANIELLE B...such a fun person to talk to!! My Zone experience just doesn't seem complete without her wacky antics, especially in the bathroom!

Aww... I didn't know that someone kicked the head off!!! She must have been so sad!!!
But yea, she is something else. That girl really knows how to make u laugh. She will come up with the most random things, which is why we love her lol. |
