Good Evening - a couple newbie questions

I just bought Reason 3. Is that enough to start producing? If so, where/how can I learn the techniques? What else should I get? I don't have much money, maybe a couple hundred for now.

You could start to create beats, learn to use redrum before any other device in reason, you have a very nice piece of software to start in this world.
This tutorial from Mr. Mystery's is kinda great ;).
