| haha nice to see you like dreaming so much..lol...sounds like your insomnia isn't so bad...i think we all get an occasional night of it...as long as it doesn't happen all the time...i think you'll be just fine ;) |

Best solution to insomina:
1) Work for 9 hours
2) Aerobics or some cardio at lunch break
3) After work go to gym and do some weights and run on a treadmill - 1 hour workout time
4) Go do some dancing class for 1 hour after (belly dancing in my case)
5) Go home, have a little snack/dinner, chat on msn, post on TA, prepare your for tomorrow, or do some homework, or read a book before going to bed.
Trust me from all this exhausting physical activity - you will sleep like a rock without a single toss. I haven't slept so good in years.
The key is exhausting yourself physically with exercise and busy schedule ;) |
