i seriously do not understand how willcall purchases have become a problem where WH is concerned, cuz u have the email printout plus your credit card that was used for the transaction? hell id even bring the printout of my online credit card statement, with the detail circled in RED, and argue to the death before Id freakin pay twice. that in itself just SUCKS.
man for WH to f*ck up that process it just really makes me question the ppl whom they employ... |

Use the other ticket site that prints hard tickets; maybe then they would get it.
Then again, maybe not.... |

theres another ticket site that has Ronski Tickets for sale online? I only saw the wantickets link on the first post on this thread -- let me know cuz i would DEF purchase and print out via TicketFast to avoid problems... |

Ive purchased hard tix for Webster before but I think it was a Made night. Doesn't wantickets have the option of mailing them to you? |

No, I was proposing if Massive used the other site to host the event.. Ticketweb? I believe is where the central park tix come from.
There isnt' any option of hard ticket or printout instant ticket on wanttickets, just will call. I don't trust will call, and more often than not it means standing in yet another line.
But I bought one anyway lol! |

Usually will call shouldn't be a problem, thats why im even MORE convinced the staff at WH are total idiots. having ur CC and a email confirmation of what you paid for, i mean thats just totally idiot-proof imo.
yeah im definitely considering doing willcall.
well the thing is I would have totally purchased the tickets online and had them mailed to me. However, by the time we had returned from our trip, the mailing option was no longer there. :( which sucked. |

There was never a mailing option for them. I'm not sure if want tickets even prints hard tickets. |

Yea, that's true, this is a Massive Party so it will be much more organized than some of the other parties I've been to there. But it's not Mike I'm worried about, he's awesome, I just have this gut feeling that WH will find some way to mess this up, lol. I guess I shouldn't be so pessimistic. We shall see what happens :) |

i think wantickets usually does provide hard tickets/mailing option at least for the first two weeks of a presale. nah theres no ticketfast option which is is totally :conf: i think theres something in the fine print on the website that says that you need to allow 5 business days to receive tickets via mail. thats if the ticket promotion was started early enough. if not, then maybe they just only did willcall but i wouldnt know since i only started checking the site after December 10th. but since the event isnt till December 29th I *was* perplexed why there was no mail option. surely 19 days was enough to receive a ticket via mail.

tru tru...but ur not being pessimistic, just basing it on past experiences. and yes im sure that it being a Massive Party both guestlists and willcall will be guaranteed. |

Maybe the promoter selects their options, but for this and for tyas/Patterson there was no mail or printfast option. Or for the Tyas @ Sully. NO other options. So that's what I'm gonna lean towards, it's up to the promoter to select their ticket options. And we're back to the staff being ignorant a-holes. |
