hey,
I have a Mbox2 external soundcard and i'm running windows XP. my problem is some of my programs don't recognize Mbox2 as my primary soundcard and i hear the sound coming from my internal soundcard which i have left enabled and connected to other speakers..
all my Daws work fine with the mbox same with winnap..but if lets say i want to listen to music on the internet or windows media player or stand alone programs such as izotopeRX and etc.. then i have to use my internal sound card..
is there a way of making my mbox2 the primary sound device so that all the programs recognize it? |

| or just go to your bios and disable your onboard... your winamp/windows media player, all those programs point to your control panel on where it should play audio to by default. |
