Like so many people mentioned, it's just a social custom to sort of "match" when going somewhere formal.
Now, on to the real question.
Does anyone know the origin of the vagino pictures? IE someone's myspace? Is the original site still up? Is there a mirror somewhere? I HAVE to see this... |

Definition:
Vagino is defined as a Young male (aged 13 to 18 usually) who drive suped up Civics with the radio locked on z103 permanently. Resembles a 'gino', but with far more 'female like' qualities consisting of waxings (of all types), tanning, manicures and pedicures. Much of the Vagino community resides in the city of Woodbridge, Ontario.
Examples:
