I have an Ozonic M-audio and it connects to my PC via firewire, the problem I have is that my pc only have USB ports.
If I buy an USB/Fireware adapter or converter, will the M-audio Ozonic work properly?
Thanks in advance. |

A PCMCIA Firewire card is not a soundcard. It is an expansion card that allows you to connect Firewire devices to your laptop. Think of PCMCIA as the Laptop equivalent to a desktop PCI card.

| BTW... you only need a PCMCIA card if it is an old laptop. If it is a new laptop, you need an express card. If it is a desktop pc, you need a PCI or PCI-Express card, depending on what slots you have and how many are available. |
