HATTON v .Mayweather

I suggest Mayweather is in for one hell of a shock.Mayweather is one of the best pound for pound fighters I have seen but he vastly underestimates the talent ,durability and heart of Hatton. Ricky to stop him in the 10th.

| even though mayweather is a fantastic fighter... he talks so much its annoying. i want hatton to win... honestly though hatton can take a punch, but iv seen him hurt before.. iv never seen floyd hurt. |

| Mayweather is definitely a good boxer but lets face it, the ref would not allow Hatton to play his game and Mayweather just kept ducking or turning his back so Hatton only had the back of his head as a target |

The ref was poor, very poor in fact. He was definately favouring mayweather..
However, mayweather is still a class above hatton in terms of boxing ability and it showed throughout the ten rounds. The amount of big hits he gave hatton right in the dish was astounding, i'm surprised hatton lasted till the 10th round. Mayweather also never gave hatton any clear shots at his body which is really hattons main weapon.
I was disappointed to see hatton lose, but not so disappointed it happened in the 10th round, cos it won me a nice wee wedge of cash.
Also, did anyone see tall paul sitting about 4 rows back from the ring? |

^ agreed. Mayweather " got the skills that pays the bills". lol he talks the talk but walks the walk. its all good for boxing :) |

Think I vastly underrated Mayweather ! There was a gulf between their abilities ..on saying that Mayweather is a boxing genius . I totally stand corrected .He is still a pain in the ass but the difference is I KNOW he can back it up. I tip my hat to you sir.

| It was mostly all coming from the UK, the talk about how Mayweather isn't , is underestimating Hatton, that he'll go down, etc etc. But ppl who've watched Mayweather knew that he wouldn't even give Hatton half a chance to knock him out. He's just too good of a boxer, too great of a defender. All credit to Hatton to last til the 10th and generate such a huge hype especially overseas. But I don't think many people outside of the British Isles thought Mayweather would lose. I had Mayweather winning by unanimous decision and maybe losing 1 round because I thought Hatton wouldn't go down, but it was shocking seeing Hatton's corner throw in the towel. |

He did in the end, however that fat prick of ref stepped in when Hatton was getting the better of Mayweather in the second round. |
