This is a report about the dance music scene in Australia. I am not sure how old this piece is, but I thought it was well done and provides an interesting look into the sub-culture. I really enjoyed the part about the "Techno Activists" who get together and play techno music while protesting the corporate world. It also goes into some aspects of the clubing industry and DJ culture. There is also a good part about MDMA and its popularity among the dance culture.

Music allows people to come together in groups and these groups may have a collective idea that they want to pursue.

I am glad I haven't encountered people pushing a political agenda, it would ruin many of the reasons I go to shows.
