I gotta tell you this really excites me. The last time I went out on NYE in the city was for PVD in 2005 and after stab-fest I said never again will I go out on NYE in the city BUT ironically enough Jay and I were talking a few months back about NYE and both said the only way we would go out is if there is something like locals spinning at Love or something, laughed it off cause of course we never thought it would happen but somehow you guys always pull it off......are you guys inside our heads or something? :p

Can DJ Nite and Day spin in the cave ;)

From Moby's journal:

what are you doing for new years eve? i've decided to stay close to home and dj at studio b in greenpoint. here's the flyer with on-line ticket info, etc. it should be fun. also on the bill are kudu and slick rick and jacques renault and holy ghost and many others. -moby p.s-it says 'live performance' but that's for slick rick and kudu. i'll be dj'ing. Limited number of 520 advance tickets at www.ticketweb.com $25 with flyer / $30 without

Don't know...although I've seen Moby perform, I've never actually seen him DJ. Plus, if you look at the flyer, Frankie Bones will also be DJ'ing. Might be worth it. ^_^

yeah, the Yo Yo! guys are doing normal hours...they put on like hip hop infused dance music parties...they are very fun, not at all like your normal hip hop crowd...kind of hipsterish actually. Q-Tip, Mark Ronson, Aaron LaCrate, Pete Rock, Rakim have all played the party.

I'll get the full lineup asap and get it up here. A lot of us are gonna head there earlier than 4 and just stay right through.

oh, we are working on a 4 am - 5 am open vodka bar as well for everyone. :D
