reason help question

hi everyone i was just gettin the hang of laying out tracks and loops etc and i made a patter with my nnxt and a matrix sequencer so i play the L AND R points to where want my other sound to come in and when i start the track from the begining it automatically plays into the song but yet i have the sequence for it to come in at a later time
is there something i did wrong do i need to rewire something? plz help thanks a bunch |

| i think i can help if u explain that a little more clearly... the l and r are for looping purposes... |

forget about rewiring for now. rewiring has nothing to do with wires or anything, its just a connection between reason and another application like sonar, logic, cubase etc. so dont think about that yet.
what u need to do is rightclick your matrix and select copy pattern into track. make sure your nnxt is selected in the sequencer. then the pattern past(es) between L,R. then turn off the matrix or u will have double.

i meant the wires for the cables lol not to link program sorry i didnt say that correctly :) |

this is one sentence with 5 "ands" in it.
learn english, then come back and ask your question in a way that makes sense.
hint: sentences rarely have more than one "and" in them. full stops and commas also help. |

| i mean like after i make my pattern in the matrix sequence and then lay it out to where i want the sound to come it in plays continuously through out the track instead of where i want it to come in |

Seriously, read the manual.
Then uncheck the "Pattern/Enable Pattern Section" button. |
