Bar/beat/quantize broke ? (nuendo/cubase)

all the sudden it stays at quantize even if i choose bar and veat, how can i solve this ?
edit: it`s that important because i`m a very frequent saver, so i just load the project i made a minute before that one. |

| the midi editor and timeline both have their own quantise, or can both be locked to global quantise. are you sure you've got the right one set? |
