Looking to buy a soundcard very soon but I need something that will do the right job. I have 2 Pioneer CD 800s MK2 and a Ecler Nuo 2 Mixer. I also have Ableton Live and soundforge + Midi Keyboard. Basically I need something that will allow me to record my mixes when I mix with the CDjs AND to allow me to have good sound while producing AND which wont give me latency issues with my midi keyboard. Im willing to spend 200$! am I asking to much from a soundcard around that price range? Can anyone reccomend a model?

Thanks, its really not that im lazy its just that I really want to avoid reading on soundcards atm. Busy studying synthesis in all my spare time and this might just stear me off course. I just wanted a simple solution like buy this soundcard and it will do the job.

An echo audiofire2 is probably good enough. I don't think you will find many budget interfaces with as good AD/DA as this. EMU 0202 might also be ok, if you are looking for a USB one.
