i hate when i'm driving

and there's alot of snow on the ground and in the air, and sombody driving feels the need to have their 4 ways on.
i see it all the time and i have no idea what they're trying to communicate to the rest of us 'non blinking' drivers. |

Um... they're communicating: "hey I'm driving here, I have my hazards on so you can see me and don't kill me because vision is impaired in these poor driving conditions" |

Well maybe in mother russia, but in the United States if you are stupid enough to signal that there are cops around by putting on your hazards, you will get pulled over pretty quickly.
And it was pretty obvious from the original post that it was weather-related. |
