Dont bastardize an omelette by adding rubbish to it.
2 eggs, fork whisked in a bowl
Slab of butter into a pan, melt.
Put in egg mix. Make omelette the usual way.
Put on plate.
Eat. |

as for me, usually go with green peppers and lotsa onion, and some sort of meat. |

Everyone should have the opportunity to try it - it's fantastic (so good, in fact, I'm considering getting in my car right now and driveing 2 and a half hours to Point just to get one before the Wooden Chair closes - ah , who am I kidding - I'm never going to do that. :()
