Pollux gets better and better each time I see him. Pollux tore it up last time I saw him. Have to agree about Rob although seems like moreso lately than before. Love Koroma - Just love the guy. Honestly, haven't caught Vahid in a long time - several months. Been meaning to either stay longer, stay upstairs or remain a little less messed up. But....you all know. haha
I'm not a big fan of sticking to the format. Bottom line for me. DJing is a performance art - one where the performer (DJ) entertains, engages, and reads the crowd. Not a lot of that upstairs. Most sets are forgetable and until recently, it's been the same thing over and over. To be honest, might also be because I've been taking a couple weeks off then going back out. That tends to make me appreciate the music/scene much more. We'll see in these coming weeks because I just can't miss these things coming up.
I choose 1015 over any other venue because of my love for the people and venue. Have a whole group of Sunset, Dirty Bird, & Green Gorilla types that refuse to come with me. But.....I refuse to go with them because I wanna dance and since the only way I know how to dance requires at least a 20 ft radius, undergrounds (crowded and hot) are pretty much out for me. So....sadly, it's frequently a musical sacrifice as far as the house room.
Wouldn't mind having M3, Galean types. Would love to have a night of Soulful David Harness type stuff. Translated - "I'd love to see Taj, Dirty, & Dave go soulful at 1015 once in a while." Just as a change of pace. Even i get tired of the soulful stuff. I've been really digging the soulful electro stuff lately which I think gives it enough variety to keep it fresh. Anyways, Yeah it would be nice to have all the 1015 dancing room with some soulful tracks. |

| Who's Vahid? Ive seen his post. seems like a cool guy cause he types "haha" instead of that "laugh out loud" bull and doesnt use a million ing annoying smilies for every post. And ive seen his name on 1015 flyers. Never met him or checked out any of his sets. |

I wish i could be there local love is my favorite monthly event at 1015 and the best one in my opinion. I am gonna be in Vegas but Dj pollux is gonna take over for me and i know he tears it up |

What! Damn! Anyways, I'll catch you on the 29th for sure. I just remember a damn thing we're gonna pull a weekender from Friday til Sun. Have fun in Vegas. I've never been. I'm really looking forward to catching your set now. I'm thinking for one reason or another I've only caught you a few times since July and from that video it really seems like I've been missing something. last week my friends pulled me out ot go sit around some dude's house.

One of those few times you caught some of Vahid's set, is the time I met you. It was the Marco V event. And the music that night was BUMPIN'!!!!
