No, they are not, as you see in many other threads where people ask for guidance, but asking the day before Christmas when everyone is going home and when everyone in Germany is taking two weeks off to go to holidays might simply be the wrong time, so no need to be pissed like that, especially when you got the info you wanted:
He named the record store that he heard was good, but didn`t know the adress. Someone else posted the adress, so I don`t see your point in being pissed.
