I think it was British. The premise basically involved setting up bizarre / funny situations with unsuspecting people. One episode featured this guy talking really loud on his cellphone in some large indoor place that was supposed to be quiet. Another had a guy walking down a quiet street when a bunch of people in animal costumes suddenly started running toward him.
Anyone have any idea what I'm talking about? I can't remember the name of it and it's bugging the hell out of me.
