Frankie says "I'm annoying"

Recently in a conversation taking place between a one Mr. Frank Mancuso and myself, Frank said "I'm annoying"
After prodding him a little bit, I realized that by him saying "I'm annoying" he was actually mocking me, pretending to be me, so therefore the phrase "I'm annoying" would actually be a self reflexive comment directed at myself.
He did not give me a reason why.
