| Whoever said you can't train martial arts and lift weights and do muay thai, and heavy bag work all at the same time. Of course the main thing is going to the shooting range to keep your aim on but that is obvious. |

Yezzir. Borat was teaching Coach Joseph a few tips and tricks. They were going to use Coach Massy instead, but figured that they'd rather stick to Coach Joseph and refrain from teasing an ex-marine like Massy, who by all means could make Borat look like shredded cheese in a matter of seconds.:toocool: |

I find that funny since I have many more years of training than your average marine.
I mean I've rolled with my friend from Force Recon and he can't beat me hand to hand and I've been shooting since I was old enough to pick up a full sized rifle. |
